We recommend the Arrow Decat Link pipe Part #71656MI to be used with the SC Slip-on.

It states that there is a link pipe included with the slip on. Is it a cat delete pipe or something else?

This exhaust version utilizes the factory cat. If you look closely at the photos, you will see the cat has been retained.
