CALIFORNIA NOTICE: All products sold by Motovation Accessories LLC are intendeded for show, off-highway, or sanctioned race use only. By purchasing, you agree to our policies and confirm compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Motovation assumes no liability for improper or unlawful use of any product. We do not condone any use of exhaust or ecu tuning products to be used illegally outside of sanctioned race use only. Shipping Policy:

Handling Time:
We are known for being the fastest shipping ,motorcycle parts companies in North America. We do our best to ship out orders the same day they are placed, please allow 1-2 business days for all IN STOCK orders to be processed.

Inventory Levels: Warehouse inventory levels change rapidly due to order volume. We will notify you right away via email if your order contains any items that ahd misrepresented inventory levels during the time of purchase. If you have a deadline (trackday, service appointment, etc) we advise that you contact us directly to verify stock levels and transit time, for the items in question. 

Shipping Carriers: Motovation is partnered with Fedex and USPS as shipping carriers. Many levels of ground or expedited air shipping methods are available during checkout. For Overnight Saturday Delivery shipments, you must contact us directly, as this is not a service offered during online checkout.

Please Note: All shipping time estimates are referencing the actual carrier transit time and may only apply to the contiguous 48 US states.

Shipping Promotions: Shipping promotions, including any discounted or free shipping options apply to domestic shipments within the continental USA. We offer competitive shipping rates worldwide. Some oversized or unusually heavy orders/items may not be eligible for all shipping promotions, and will be communicated to you right away if your order contains these items. Orders that utilize shipping promotions, and are later returned, will receive a refund that does not include the cost of the original shipment.

Shipping Loss or Damage: Once the order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control of the package, and we recognize that shipping loss or damage is possible. For high value orders, we reserve the right to request a signature required option as well as shipping insurance from the shipping carrier in an attempt to ensure that you receive your order safely. We apologize if the addition of a required signature causes any inconvenience to you. If your order receives any damage during shipping, please take photos and contact the carrier right away. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but we are happy to assist with any claims process necessary.

Expedited Shipping: We offer several expedited shipping options (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc). These methods refer to transit time only, once the item leaves our warehouse. If you have ANY concerns with time frame, we always recommend that you contact us to ensure your items are in stock and ready to ship. Our order cut-off time for in stock orders to ship same day is 1pm central time. Orders placed after 1pm central time are not guaranteed to ship that day, and may leave our warehouse the next business day. Please note that expedited shipping only applies to orders that contain all in stock items.

International Shipping: Motovation ships worldwide on a daily basis. We are happy to assist customers from around the globe. Please note that some items are unable for global delivery based on manufacturers and distributor policies. Large items and bulk orders may require additional shipping charges, due to the fact that the actual shipping cost is not always accurate until the item is fully boxed with proper padding and protection. Actual shipping cost is not available until the full order is packed and ready to ship. We are NOT responsible for any additional customs fees or handling charges that are charged by the recipients local location. These fees are between the customer and the local government or transit company. We do not collect any international customs, duties, or fees.

Special Note Regarding SC-Project Exhausts:
SC-Project exhausts are HAND MADE TO ORDER. Our warehouse keeps as many current exhaust applications in stock as are available from the factory. Warehouse inventory levels change rapidly due to order volume.

Special Order: SC-Project exhausts are hand made to order. If your SC-Project exhaust order is not in stock, it will be immediately ordered factory direct and put into production. Production times can vary during race season as the factory is very busy supporting Moto2, Moto3, WSBK, Motoamerica and MotoGP teams. The estimated wait time is provided on the product page before adding to our cart. Once an exhaust has begun production it may not be cancelled and is considered a special order item.

Pricing Policy:

Motovation abides by all pricing structures set by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to correct any advertised pricing errors on our website.

Currency calculations: All purchases and represented values, are in USD.

Warranty Policy:

Motovation abides by all warranty structures and conditions set by the manufacturer. We will assist you in receiving factory direct warranty support when needed.

Local Law Compliance:

By placing any order with Motovation Accessories LLC, you are in acceptance and agreement of our policies and conditions, as stated during checkout, as well as your local laws and regulations. ALL ITEMS IN OUR STORE are considered for show or race use only. Motovation is in no way responsible for any unauthorized use of our products.

As a Seller, Motovation Accessories LLC makes no representation or warranty with respect to whether the items in our catalog are legal for sale, installation or on-highway use in California or in any other state. Customers that purchase, install, and use the emissions-related products in this catalog must comply with all applicable laws. When purchasing, installing and using add-on or modified aftermarket parts, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that such parts are “replacement parts,” have received CARB exemptions or will be installed on racing vehicles which are never used upon California highways. Consult with the manufacturer as to any such exemptions before purchasing any add-on or modified emissions-related parts for use in California or elsewhere.

Motovation Accessories, LLC shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

10. Entire Agreement.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Motovation Accessories, LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any conflicts-of-law rule or principle that might refer the construction or interpretation of this Agreement to the laws of another state. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court located in Travis County, Texas if federal jurisdiction is available and to the courts of the State of Texas located in Travis County, Texas if federal jurisdiction is not available.

12. Items that are not DOT approved are only available for entertainment on custom bike applications. These items are in no way to be utilized on the legal streets. This includes, but is not limited to, turn signals, flashers, exhausts, blinkers, tuners, electronics, lights, and other accessories. Motovation must insist that these parts are used within the laws and restrictions of your area.

13. Product Reviews: Product reviews are submitted internally and externally. Motovation accepts no responsibility for the suggestions, feedback or information provided in a customer review. This information should be considered for entertainment purposes only.
