The SC-Project S1 exhaust is a tapered exhaust with a large outlet diameter for enhanced exhaust air flow. The S1 performance is based off of technology directly developed in World Superbike racing. The silencer body features a conical shape for proper back pressure and optimal ground clearance during extreme lean angles.

How do you remove the baffle on this system? It seems like the newer generation systems do not have a snap ring that you remove with needle pliers.
Jul 27, 2022, 04:52:35 PMThis particular system is designated as a "Racing" system so the DB-Killer will be removable. Its either a c-clip or a set screw but should be able to come out without hassle or modification.

I have this exhaust installed on a 2019 Triumph Street Triple R. Is there a dbkiller or some sort of baffle available to reduce the exhaust note?
Feb 2, 2022, 06:19:54 PMHey Kyle, This particular system does come with a removable DB-Killer although it does not make THAT big of a difference since it is a Decat racing system and needs to be free flowing. Do you have the baffle that came with the system already installed?

Do you need to run a tune with this set up? And if you do what do you recommend?
Jun 20, 2019, 04:30:48 PMThis system deletes the Catalytic converter and it would be highly recommended to run the Rapidbike Auto tuner with it to ensure your bike is properly fueled.

First of all, the guys at Motovation are awesome. They really know their stuff and help with all my questions about tuning, etc.
Second, the exhaust is absolutely stunning. I would have paid more for this system without question. The titanium welds are literally weld porn.
Lastly, its not often that I order a motorcycle part online and it ships out same day. Thanks to the crew at Motovation.
