Shipping Rates: All packages
will be shipped by Fedex or by United
States Postal Service. Dealer orders within the contiguous states will be shipped using Fedex. Motovation Accessories, LLC
reserves the right in determining the most cost effective
and efficient means possible. Normal delivery times vary
depending on the final destination and provider selected.
In stock merchandise will typically be shipped the same
day or within 24 hours of the purchase decision. Items that are
out of stock will create a short delay. You will be notified
via email if an out of stock item appears to exceed a seven
(7) day time frame or recovery period. Motovation Accessories,
LLC will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely
manner. If you selected an express shipping method and an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We will attempt to call and email you but we cannot be responsible if you do not get our email because of your ISP's spam filtering settings. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with the order when the item is in stock. Our advertised shipping times are estimated from the date of shipping and not the date the order was placed.
Bulk orders and LARGE items such as full systems, bodywork, fairings, etc may inccur additional shipping costs due to size and weight. These large items may not be available for discounted expedited shipping methods. Please contact before ordering if you feel your product may fall into this category.
Day Air or Second Day Air Delivery
can expedite a shipment on all in stock items by using
Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Please contact us directly with any specific shipping needs. All overnight delivery orders must be placed by 1pm central time in order to ensure overnight shipping. Overnight shipping and other expedited shipping methods are only available to IN STOCK items. If you are unsure of our stock levels, you may contact us prior to ordering to ensure your items are available for delivery. Please note that Saturday Delivery is required for overnight orders placed on a Friday. Otherwise, they will be deliverd on the following business day (Monday).
International Orders: Motovation Accessories, LLC is
pleased to assist our International customers, dealers and distributors.
International orders are not eligable for Free Shipping promotions.
Shopping in Foreign Currencies:
Exchange rates used on our website are only estimates and can often be out of date. Ultimately your order will be submitted to us in USD$. At the time your order is processed and payment is submitted to the merchant processor, if your card is based in a currency other than USD$, the merchant bank will perform the exchange to your home currency based on the interbank rate at that time. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any fees, if any that your card company may charge for foreign transactions.
Tariff and VAT Payments: Motovation Accessories, LLC does
not collect tariff and VAT payments from International
customers. The customer must be responsible
for the payment of Tariff and VAT payments or taxes to
the Customs Office in the customer's country of residence.
Our International Shipping Quote for orders going outside
of the contiguous United States does not include brokerage,
customs, or duty fees, or any additional taxes that may
apply. We will not under-declare goods bound for international customers as this is against the law and the fines are prohibitive.
Sales Tax: Motovation Accessories, LLC is
a Texas corporation and must therefore charge a sales tax
ONLY for orders requesting a delivery
destination in Texas. All other states are exempt from
sales tax at this time.
The amount of sales tax for Travis County, TX, USA is 8.25%.
Motovation is a distributor for the products that it sells. As such we do not offer any warranties. Manufacturer warranties may exist for products sold by us. We have an excellent relationship with all the manufacturers that we represent and will be more than happy to advocate on your behalf for any warranty claims with the manufacturers directly.
Motovation Return Guidelines:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you may have the option to return
the item to Motovation Accessories,
LLC within 30 days from the ship
date for a refund or replacement. Please pay special attention to our return policies as they are strictly enforced to protect our customers.
To qualify for FULL refund
or replacement, items must be returned in their original
and unopened condition in their
original packaging with all tags and factory seal attached.
Items that are opened or have broken the factory seal in any way are now considered "open box items" and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If the item has been installed, blemished or damaged in any way, is not available for return. If you attemp to return a damaged or installed item, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Special Order Items are not available for returns. This includes any custom built items, bike specific levers, and items with special color options, and items that are not regularly stocked items.
Motovation Accessories, LLC reserves
the right to determine if an item is in resellable condition and if a re-stocking fee will be charged.
Please pack your return items well as damaged returns cannot be accepted for refunds. We strongly recommend
that you purchase insurance from your shipper as damage may occur during the return shipping. Electrical Components: Unfortunately due to the nature of such components where incorrect installation can make these items unsafe for resale, we cannot offer any returns on opened electrical items. We strongly encourage you to read the instructions carefully before attempting any installation.
Special Order Items: Unfortunately because these are not regularly stocked items, they are not eligible for refunds. Special order rules apply to any items not regularly kept in stock, including ALL items that have custom color options such as levers, seat covers, anything hand made, or ordered as a bike specific item. Feel free to contact us before you purchase if you have questions if your item falls into the Special Order category.

specific item(s) you have intentions on returning to Motovation
Accessories, LLC and your brief explanation on why you are returning an
item(s). We encourage you include photos of your return if you are concerned that your return may not be eligable.
