Shipping Rates: All packages
will be shipped by Fedex, UPS or by United
States Postal Service. All dealer orders within the contiguous states will be shipped using Fedex. Motovation Accessories, LLC
reserves the right in determining the most cost effective
and efficient means possible. Normal delivery times vary
depending on the final destination and provider selected.
In stock merchandise will typically be shipped the same
day or within 24 hours of the purchase decision. Items that are
out of stock will create a short delay. You will be notified
via email if an out of stock item appears to exceed a seven
(7) day time frame or recovery period. Motovation Accessories,
LLC will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely
manner. If you selected an express shipping method and an item is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We will attempt to call and email you but we cannot be responsible if you do not get our email because of your ISP's spam filtering settings. If we do not hear from you, we will proceed with the order when the item is in stock. Our advertised shipping times are estimated from the date of shipping and not the date the order was placed.
Next
Day Air or Second Day Air Delivery
We
can expedite a shipment on all in stock items by using
Next Day Air or Second Day Air. If you need your item(s)
prior to the normal channels of delivery, please place your
order online and then select the appopriate shipping method and/or immediately send an email to sales@motovationusa.com and
indicate your desired delivery method (Next Day Air or
Second Day Air) along with your Order Number that you received
from our email auto responder. All notifications to Motovation
Accessories, LLC must be received by Noon Central Standard
Time the day prior to the desired delivery date. The additional
delivery fees will be added to your credit card as a separate
charge. Should an item(s) not be available for Next Day
Air or Second Day Air, you will be notified via email.
International Orders: Motovation Accessories, LLC is
pleased to assist our International dealers and distributors.
International orders and orders shipped outside of the
48 contiguous United States require an additional shipping
fee. All International orders will be shipped by
FEDEX because of their excellent history with Motovation
Accessories, LLC and because of their keen ability
in the International market and comprehensive Parcel Tracking
System. Although cheaper we WILL NOT be using USPS Global Priority Mail or Express Mail (EMS) because of their extremely poor reliablity and ability to ensure the safe delivery of your package. If you are still unconvinced please Google 'USPS Lost Packages.' The specific procedure for orders outside the
48 contiguous United States is as follows.
1. Place your order online.
2. Motovation Accessories, LLC will
send you an International Shipping Quote via email within
24 business hours of placing your
order. You will be asked to provide an alternate method
of payment if your address is not verifiable.
3. Upon receipt of the Motovation
Accessories, LLC International Shipping
Quote, you MUST REPLY and either accept or reject the additional
shipping charges. Your International order will not be
released from Motovation Accessories,
LLC until the additional shipping
charges are accepted.
4. Once you have accepted the additional shipping charges
via a reply email, your order will be processed and set
for immediate delivery. Should you decline the additional
shipping charges or not reply to the International Shipping
Quote within 3 business days your order will be automatically
cancelled.
5. You will be notified automatically via email when your
parcel has been shipped. Included in this email will be
your Tracking number and additional useful instructions
pertaining to your Motovation Accessories,
LLC Account.
6) All international orders must be prepaid by - credit card, direct
wire transfer or irrevocable L/C to Motovation Accessories,
LLC.
Shopping in Foreign Currencies:
Exchange rates used on our website are only estimates and can often be out of date. Ultimately your order will be submitted to us in USD$. At the time your order is processed and payment is submitted to the merchant processor, if your card is based in a currency other than USD$, the merchant bank will perform the exchange to your home currency based on the interbank rate at that time. In most cases this is much more favorable to you. You will then receive your credit card bill for the transaction in your local currency. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any fees, if any that your card company may charge for foreign transactions.
Tariff and VAT Payments: Motovation Accessories, LLC does
not collect tariff and VAT payments from International
customers. The customer must be responsible
for the payment of Tariff and VAT payments or taxes to
the Customs Office in the customer's country of residence.
Our International Shipping Quote for orders going outside
of the contiguous United States does not include brokerage,
customs, or duty fees, or any additional taxes that may
apply. We will not under-declare goods bound for international customers as this is against the law and the fines are prohibitive.
Sales Tax: Motovation Accessories, LLC is
a Texas corporation and must therefore charge a sales tax
ONLY for orders requesting a delivery
destination in Texas. All other states are exempt from
sales tax at this time.
The amount of sales tax for Travis County, TX, USA is 8.25%.
Warranties
Motovation is a distributor for the products that it sells. As such we do not offer any warranties. Manufacturer warranties may exist for products sold by us. We have an excellent relationship with all the manufacturers that we represent and will be more than happy to advocate on your behalf for any warranty claims with the manufacturers directly.
Return/Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, you may return
the item to Motovation Accessories,
LLC within 60 days from the ship
date for a refund or replacement. We have a no hassle return policy but some non-defective items may incurr a 15% re-stocking fee(see below). To qualify for FULL refund
or replacement, items must be returned in their original
and resellable condition in their
original packaging with all tags and stickers attached.
Motovation Accessories, LLC reserves
the right to determine if an item is in resellable condition and if a re-stocking fee will be charged.
Electrical Components: Motovation only sells the highest quality items that are thoroughly tested at the factory. Unfortunately due to the nature of such components where incorrect installation very often renders them unusable, we cannot offer any returns or warranties with these items. We strongly encourage you to read the instructions carefully before attempting any installation. Carbon Fiber: It took us many years to find manufacturers that supply high quality products that meet our stringent standards. We pre-inspect every item before we ship them out to you. Due to the inherent inconsistencies of carbon fabric, very often weaves may not be 100% symetrical but they willl be very close. This is normal and is not considered a defect. All the carbon we sell regardless of manfactuerer are cosmetically and aesthetically compatible unless otherwise stated. If you are in doubt please contact us. Special Order Items: Unfortunately because these are not regularly stocked items, they are not eligible for refunds.

guidelines for returning merchandise to Motovation
Accessories, LLC:
1. You must obtain authorization from Motovation
Accessories, LLC prior
to returning an item. To receive authorization, you will
need to email the following address and request a Return
Authorization (RA) number:

Please include your Order Number in your request and which
specific item(s) you have intentions on returning to Motovation
Accessories, LLC and your brief explanation on why you are returning an
item(s).
2. Once Motovation Accessories,
LLC issues a Return Authorization Number
you may return the item(s). Please read and understand
the following conditions.
Conditions of Returned Merchandise:
A. Returns must include the original Motovation
Accessories, LLC invoice
or packing slip with the Return Authorization (RA) number.
B. Motovation Accessories, LLC will not accept returned merchandise without
a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without
authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
C. Once you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
you may return item(s), in the original box with all accessories,
warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 60 days for
an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns that are damaged or considered non-resellable will not be accepted. If the original package is damaged beyond re-use or missing, you will be charged
a 15% restock fee.
D. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
E. Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by
the customer.
F. Returns must be shipped to Motovation
Accessories, LLC via UPS for tracking
purposes. Motovation Accessories,
LLC assumes no liability for loss or
damage of returned packages. Please pack the items well as damaged returns cannot be accepted for refunds. We strongly recommend
that you purchase insurance from your shipper.
G. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take
advantage of any promotions that may be
associated with the order.
H. Any merchandise that has received a Return Authorization
(RA) number should be sent to the following address:

Incomplete Orders
or Missing Items Our shipping department goes through a 3 step process
to ensure that you receive the correct items.
1) The items in your order are
checked against available inventory.
2) A second person picks the items for shipping.
3) A supervisor
then checks the picked items against the order list and verifies the shipping label against the invoice.
Only then is the order
packed and the shipping label applied. As a result we experience
very few problems in this area. However
we strongly encourage you to check your order immediately after
you receive
it to make sure that you have received all the items in the enclosed
packing
list/invoice. If there are any discrepancies you MUST notify
us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it asap. Unfortunately
we will not be able to honor any claims of missing items after
that period has lapsed.

Payment Options:
Currently, Motovation Accessories, LLC accepts secure payments
from the following vendor partners:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If paying by credit
card, your card will not be charged until your order is actually
ready to ship.
