Cycle Cynch 3 tie down harness kit is EVERYTHING you need to safely and securely tie down your motorcycle onto a trailer or into the bed of your truck. This special kit is built from the success of the Cycle Cynch 1 and 2. The main difference with the Cycle Cynch 3 kit, is that the harness is open. This allows for use on bikes with handguards, brake lever guards, even bar end mirrors.
