Motovation Honda 1000RR Front Axle Mounted Fork Sliders Install Instructions

Congratulations! You have just purchased the world’s finest fork sliders for the modern sportbike. These sliders have been designed to offer unsurpassed protection to your forks, calipers and rotors in the unfortunate event of a lowside or tip over. Motovation fork sliders are designed and manufactured by a company that only makes frame sliders and sportbike protection accessories. Each and every model is tested for drop and slide protection. They are tough but not brittle and can also absorb a huge impact. Sportsriders around the world who have tested various models of our products on the track have all given their thumbs up after experiencing first hand, the benefits of Motovation Fork Sliders.

Please read all instructions before beginning work! These fork sliders are designed to fit specific left and right sides of your front axle so every part is unique. If there is a longer screw it will always be used for the longer slider and the slider with the larger diameter insert will always fit the side of your front axle with the larger diameter clearance hole.  It will be very obvious if you have installed them in reverse as they will most likely not fit.

Attach the other slider puck to the supplied rod with the SS scew.
Insert slider and rod into axle and till it contacts the installed SS adapter nut.
Attach the other slider over the SS adapter with the supplied SS screw.
Make sure that the slider fits snugly into the front axle.
