Congratulations! You have just purchased the world’s finest
frame sliders for the Suzuki GSXR. These sliders have been designed
to offer unsurpassed
protection to your Suzuki GSXR in the unfortunate event of a lowside or tip
over. Motovation frame sliders are designed and manufactured by a company that
only makes frame sliders. Each and every model is tested for drop and slide
protection. They are tough but not brittle and can also absorb a huge impact.

the benefits of Motovation Frame Sliders.
Please
read all instructions before beginning work! These frame
sliders are designed to fit specific engine mounts of your
motorcycle. This kit has separate left and right pieces (left
and right while sitting on the bike). It is highly recommended
that you refer to your service manual before performing this
installation. If you are unsure about the tightening torque,
here are some standard torque settings to
serve as a guide.

Left side frame slider - longer aluminum insert
Right side frame sliders - shorter aluminum insert
Heat treated steel bolt - left side 90mm
Heat treated steel bolt - right side 100mm
Installation Tools Required:
- Torque Wrench
- 8mm Allen Key for torque wrench
- 6mm Allen Key for torque wrench
Instructions:
Left hand side (sitting on bike)
- Remove the correct engine mounting bolt ( see picture ).
- Screw in the Motovation Frame Sliders with the longer aluminum insert in
position
and torque to 55Nm.
- DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Loctite is recommended.
Right
hand side (sitting on bike)
- Loosen the pinch bolt with a 6mm allen key and then use a 10mm allen
key ( see picture ).
- Screw in the Motovation Frame Sliders with the shorter aluminum insert in
position
and torque to 55Nm, and pinch bolt to 23Nm.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Loctite is recommended.
