2004-06 Honda CB600 599 Hornet Frame Slider Installation Instructions

Congratulations! You have just purchased the world’s finest frame sliders for the Honda CB 599 600 Hornet. These sliders have been designed to offer unsurpassed protection for your Honda CB 599 600 Hornet in the unfortunate event of a lowside or tip over. Please read all instructions before beginning work! These frame sliders are designed to fit specific engine mounts of your Honda CB 599 600 Hornet. This kit has separate left and right pieces (left and right while sitting on the bike). It is highly recommended that you refer to your service manual before performing this installation. If you are unsure about the tightening torque, check your motorcycle's manual or www.motovationusa.com/torque.html for a quick reference guide

Included in this kit:
1 x left side frame slider -longer
1 x right side frame slider -shorter
2 x locknuts and 4 x stainless steel washers
2 x M10 x 110 socket head cap screws

INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the correct engine bolts (see pic).
Install left side slider (longer) and secure the slider with the supplied bolt, washers and nut.

Repeat process with the right side shorter slider.

Do Not Over Tighten!
